Refund Policy:

This refund agreement is a valid contract between ToToTel  [https://tototel.com/ ](including but not limited to ToToTel client) and you regarding the refund of the purchase of ToToTel software and services. You accept this refund agreement by stamping, clicking to confirm on the web page or in other ways, including but not limited to not clicking to confirm this refund agreement but actually purchasing and using ToToTel services, which means that you and ToToTel have reached an agreement and agree to accept all the agreed contents of this refund agreement.

Please note the following terms:
1. According to relevant laws and regulations, you confirm and accept that the products provided by ToToTel are computer software services. If you confirm to purchase a paid package or customized service, you cannot refund once purchased.

2. You should fully understand the functions and application scenarios of ToToTel before purchasing and paying. To this end, ToToTel’s official website provides a trial version for you to try. We provide products with instructions to support refunds. We will refund the original way to your electronic wallet within 3 days of the new purchase of the product (Note: the money recharged to the user’s website account does not support refunds);

3. After the trial, you have the right to choose ToToTel software-related services and packages according to your own needs, or you can choose customized services. After you purchase ToToTel software and services offline, online, or by other mutually confirmed methods, you will have the corresponding rights to enjoy ToToTel software services. ToToTel will open the corresponding account usage rights, configure the environment, set the number of users and other services for you according to your needs.

4. You have a reasonable review and duty of care, and choose ToToTel software services and packages that suit your needs. The services provided by ToToTel include free (permanently free), monthly/or annual charges, and customized demand charges. The specific services and charging methods are subject to the information officially released by ToToTel. ToToTel may modify and change the charging standards and charging service methods according to actual needs.

5. You acknowledge and agree that you must clearly notify ToToTel 2 working days before the expiration of the package service you purchased that you will not renew it. If not, in order not to affect your normal use of ToToTel software services, ToToTel will have the right to deduct the package fee for the next billing cycle from your own account balance without verifying your account password, payment password, SMS verification code and other information.
